Role Overview
This remote live chat support position is the main contact point for clients needing quick, accurate, and considerate help. The role is centered on improving client satisfaction by resolving questions and issues efficiently in a work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to clients in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner over live chat.
- Share clear and correct information using the available support tools.
- Understand client concerns and work toward improving their overall experience.
- Address complaints appropriately and follow up until the issue is resolved.
- Keep thorough records of conversations, actions taken, and transaction details.
- Coordinate with internal teams when a query requires further investigation or escalation.
- Adhere to company communication guidelines and operational policies.
- Assist with additional team-related duties as required.
Required Profile
- Prior experience in customer support or client service, preferably in live chat environments.
- Strong written communication skills and a professional interpersonal approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to type quickly.
- Comfort using digital communication tools and support platforms.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively while working remotely.
- A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection are required.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
- Background in financial services or wealth management will be considered an advantage.
Compensation
The role offers an hourly pay rate of USD 20 to USD 30.
