Required Skills

• Proficient in climbing, rope handling, splicing, knot tying, and rigging
• Knowledgeable in load balancing, securing loads, and lifting techniques
• Experienced in equipment inspection and maintenance
• Strong communication and signal interpretation capabilities
• Adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Effective teamwork and excellent hand-eye coordination
