What You'll Do
- Receive goods and arrange proper warehouse storage using material handling equipment; label items as necessary
- Inspect outgoing goods, pick and prepare shipments, and ensure secure loading
- Routinely inspect transport and lifting machinery as well as maintain and service warehouse equipment
- Assist with inventory audits
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the warehouse and comply with workplace safety regulations
Your Qualifications
- A completed apprenticeship in warehouse logistics or a comparable background is preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse environment, ideally in building materials
- Forklift operation license and a valid Class B or L driving license
- Ability to work independently and reliably as well as collaboratively in a team
- Friendly demeanor and strong commitment
