Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize the daily functioning of overseas service station warehouses. This role involves ensuring high standards in accounting, quality control, equipment maintenance, and safety adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including accounting, quality assurance, equipment upkeep, and compliance with safety regulations at international service stations.
• Develop, implement, and promote standardized procedures (SOPs) for quality, maintenance, and operational excellence across global warehouse locations.
• Lead the process of selecting, managing, training, and retaining transportation vendors and logistics partners effectively.
• Oversee transportation operations related to overseas service station warehouses to ensure smooth logistics.
• Design and improve warehouse management processes and standard systems for efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive business data governance to support operational decision-making.
• Perform additional operation-related duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Systems from a recognized university.
• Skilled in the use of transport management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution systems (MES), warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse control systems (WCS), AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and logistics planning software.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in global warehouse management, transportation, and import/export planning; experience with multinational or Fortune 500 corporations is advantageous.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese languages.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in planning, organization, communication, coordination, and project management along with a high degree of responsibility and adaptability.
