Overview

Dhruvisha HVAC Systems Private Limited is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee the daily operations within their HVAC warehouse located at 213, Shopper's Plaza, Adani Shantigram, Near Vaishnavdevi, S.G. Highway, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth handling of HVAC products and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving and dispatching processes of HVAC goods and materials.
• Keep accurate inventory records and regularly update stock information using MS Excel.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatches.
• Inspect incoming shipments to confirm stock accuracy and product quality.
• Prepare necessary shipment documents and maintain detailed warehouse logs.
• Arrange storage space efficiently to safeguard HVAC equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with procurement, sales, and logistics departments to maintain seamless warehouse functions.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and ensure precise stock control within the warehouse premises.

Candidate Profile

• Must be between 23 and 45 years of age.
• Male candidates only.
• Completed 12th grade education.
• Basic proficiency in English needed.
• At least two years of professional experience in warehouse management or related fields.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Understanding of HVAC products and systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with shipping logistics and warehouse management practices.
• Capability in transportation and logistics coordination.

• Monthly fixed salary between ₹18,000 and ₹25,000.
