About the Role
We are seeking skilled VMC Operators and CNC Operators to join our production facility in Serrapalayam, Coimbatore. This position involves managing vertical machining centers and CNC machines to achieve optimal manufacturing output following strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate VMC and CNC machinery to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Conduct 2D programming and implement necessary adjustments to machining programs.
- Manufacture components strictly according to technical drawings and specifications provided.
- Uphold established quality benchmarks and maintain high productivity levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and machine operational procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or BE degree.
- Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a VMC Operator, CNC Operator, or a related position.
- Proficient in 2D program creation and modifications.
- Experienced handling CNC controls such as Siemens, HAAS, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc.
- Capable of interpreting engineering drawings to accurately produce machined parts.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹20,000, supplemented with overtime pay. Additionally, food and accommodation support is provided.

Work location: Serrapalayam, Coimbatore. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
