Compensation
The pay range for this position is $50 to $80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Make clear, well-supported design decisions related to layout, typography, color, and overall visual refinement.
- Build and keep a strong professional portfolio that demonstrates design capability.
- Partner with other team members to maintain consistency and deliver high-quality design work.
- Handle work independently, stay on schedule, and contribute to improving design workflows.
- Work asynchronously with others to support better design outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of practical, hands-on design experience.
- A polished professional portfolio is required.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
