Visa / Immigration Consultant

Role Overview

Gold Finch Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Visa Consultant to enhance our immigration services team. This role requires excellent communication talents and persuasive skills to effectively counsel clients and convert inquiries into successful visa or admission cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on various visa categories including Tourist, Study, Work Permits, and Permanent Residency (PR).
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls to generate and track potential leads.
• Assess client needs and suggest appropriate visa options fitting their circumstances.
• Convert prospective client inquiries into confirmed enrollments or visa applications through skilled counseling.
• Support clients with visa application forms, necessary documentation, and procedural guidance.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and consistently follow up on ongoing cases.
• Collaborate with the documentation team to facilitate seamless visa processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service aiming to build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, vital for client counseling and sales.
• Proficiency in sales and convincing techniques to achieve target conversions.
• Basic computer literacy including familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment is essential.
• Prior experience in immigration consultancy, visa counseling, telecalling, or sales preferred; however, fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Work Location: Gold Finch Consultancy, Kharar, Punjab.

Salary Range: The monthly remuneration spans from 15,000 to 55,000 INR.
