We seek a Video/Reels Editor who possesses a keen eye for fashion aesthetics and is adept at producing captivating, high-engagement videos suited for Instagram and other short-form outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and refine Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar short videos with superior quality.
• Create dynamic, fast-paced video edits incorporating seamless transitions, captions, music, and motion graphics.
• Perform color grading and enhancement to maintain consistency with the M5Fashion brand style.
• Keep abreast of the newest Instagram trends, viral editing techniques, and popular audio clips.
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to execute campaign concepts effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of content without compromising quality or visual consistency.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience editing video content related to fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.
• Competency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong grasp of narrative flow, timing, and techniques that improve audience retention.
• Familiarity with trending reel structures, transitions, and social media best practices.
• An artistic sense for fashion, styling, and visual presentation.
• Capability to independently manage projects and exercise creative control.

Additional Desired Skills

• Ability to design motion graphics and animate text.
• Basic skills in sound design and color correction.
• Experience with fashion or direct-to-consumer brand video projects.
