Videographer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Videographer to lead the creative development of captivating moving visuals and motion graphics with minimal supervision. This role involves producing original video content and performing sophisticated video editing tasks while collaborating closely with the Video Team Lead and producers to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling video and motion graphic content to effectively tell stories.
• Create original videos and conduct innovative video editing.
• Work alongside the Video Team Lead and producers to grasp project requirements and objectives.
• Adapt and customize international content for diverse platforms, with a focus on social media assets.
• Edit video content independently, including generating offline edit interpretations without storyboards.
• Deliver high-quality projects within designated deadlines.
• Export, compress, and reformat video files according to specifications.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in moving image production.
• Contribute innovative ideas to the post-production process.
• Work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into finished videos consistent with company brand and client expectations.
• Integrate music, graphics, and other elements to enhance video aesthetics.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant videography experience is preferred.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency with camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video production capabilities.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite Cloud applications including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and storyboarding knowledge.
• Effective team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver who takes initiative in generating ideas and solutions.
