About the Role

We are inviting skilled Video Editors to join our team in Goulds Country, Tasmania. This role focuses on shaping our projects' visual narratives by transforming raw footage into engaging and impactful stories. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to deliver videos that effectively communicate and resonate with our clients' audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the creative team to conceptualize and deliver video projects aligned with client goals.
• Edit footage by cutting, arranging, and enhancing it with transitions, effects, and background music to produce polished videos.
• Create compelling narratives and story arcs using visual storytelling techniques that evoke emotions and convey the intended message.
• Stay abreast of developments in video editing tools and industry best practices.
• Ensure all videos meet quality and technical requirements for multiple platforms and formats.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in video editing supported by a portfolio that highlights strong storytelling and technical capabilities.
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• In-depth knowledge of cinematic concepts, pacing, and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a creative environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to producing visually compelling and emotionally engaging content.
