Job Overview

We are seeking dependable Valet Drivers to join our team at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati location. This role focuses on evening shifts and offers $11 per hour plus tips. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client experiences by swiftly addressing requests and concerns, proactively communicating, and creatively resolving problems.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections prior to parking, accurately noting all observations.
• Clearly explain valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safe driving standards.
• Report any accidents, safety issues, unusual events, or policy breaches to management promptly.
• Maintain familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and highways to facilitate smooth customer transportation.
• Arrive punctual and prepared for every scheduled shift, maintaining a clean and complete uniform throughout.
• Support management with additional tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and current address.
• Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission is a plus.
• Willingness to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or rotating schedules if required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with valid documentation.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills including the ability to read instructions, write, and perform simple currency calculations.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and adapt calmly to changes or delays.

Physical Requirements

This position involves frequent standing, walking, and using hands for handling cash and equipment. Occasionally, sitting, climbing, or balancing is required, and the job may entail lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
