Provectus is a global consulting company specializing in AI and cloud technologies, partnering with leaders like Anthropic and AWS to develop AI-powered products for sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, and technology. The design team focuses on creating user-centered experiences including agent interfaces, chat solutions, dashboards, and internal tools.

Role Overview

The UX/UI Trainee will join the design team starting with thorough onboarding and mentorship. This role suits individuals beginning their design careers or transitioning from other tech roles who integrate AI tools naturally into their workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Create user flows, wireframes, and mockups using Figma.
Develop interactive prototypes to explore and validate concepts.
Design interfaces for AI-powered products such as chatbots, agent experiences, dashboards, and administrative panels.
Utilize AI tools daily for research, UX content generation, ideation, and rapid prototyping.
Collaborate on building and refining design system components.
Present design solutions to the team, incorporate feedback, and iterate accordingly.

Candidate Profile

Possess a design portfolio showcasing study, personal, or commercial projects emphasizing design thought processes over finished designs.
Proficient in Figma features including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
Experienced with AI tools applied in design work, specifically Large Language Model assistants (such as Claude, ChatGPT) for research and UX writing, as well as AI prototyping tools (like Figma Make, Claude Artifacts, Lovable) for creating interactive prototypes.
Effective communicator skilled in presenting work and entertaining constructive feedback.
Strong grasp of design basics: user flows, wireframes, typography, and layout principles.
English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in designing conversational or agent-based interfaces including chatbots and voice assistants.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience using AI coding tools for prototyping.
Understanding of accessibility fundamentals such as color contrast and keyboard navigation.
Experience using generative visual tools like Midjourney for moodboarding and concept visualization.
Completion of formal design courses or certifications.
