Role Overview

We're seeking a knowledgeable UX Designer to enhance the usability and overall user experience of our product. You'll focus on resolving key user pain points by redesigning user flows, improving interactions, and eliminating obstacles that hinder user efficiency. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, your designs will transition rapidly from concept to implementation, reinforcing one of our main competitive advantages: exceptional ease of use.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits to identify major UX challenges within the application.
• Develop and refine user flows and interface components to streamline complexity and boost usability.
• Translate UX issues identified by the team into practical design solutions, from initial sketches through detailed specifications.
• Work directly with engineers to ensure precise and efficient implementation of designs, including paired programming during development.
• Coordinate with product managers to align UX priorities with broader business objectives.
• Create and update design standards that foster consistency and simplicity across the platform.
• Gather and integrate feedback from users and stakeholders for ongoing experience enhancement.

Required Qualifications

• Over 7 years of professional experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing measurable improvements on complex interfaces.
• Expertise in interaction design and streamlining workflows with a focus on simplifying complex processes.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (such as Figma), capable of delivering polished, developer-ready specifications.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers in agile settings, actively contributing to the development process.
• Strong ability to diagnose and prioritize UX problems using both qualitative insights and product intuition.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey design rationale to diverse audiences.
• Adaptability and agility required to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage company environment.
