This User Experience Designer role involves leading projects strategically from inception. You will organize discovery activities, coordinate client research and stakeholder discussions, and actively participate in these preliminary phases. After gathering insights from discovery, you will synthesize the findings to create and document Digital Pulp's tailored solutions.

Once objectives are established, you will design interfaces embodying these core ideas, using clear organizational layouts, precise labeling, and user-friendly controls. Throughout production, you will act as a key reviewer for UX, design, and technical components, ensuring alignment with client goals and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth website audits and produce comprehensive documentation detailing site content and components.
• Analyze site analytics to understand historical user interactions.
• Engage fully in project discovery phases by interviewing stakeholders and examining competitors.
• Convert client business objectives into strategic goals and actionable functional requirements.
• Draft Strategy Briefs summarizing client aims, audience profiles, project themes, and strategic advice.
• Design detailed site maps for large-scale web platforms.
• Create navigation label copy that facilitates intuitive user journeys conveying the site's content story.
• Develop wireframes that clearly and harmoniously present page content and features.
• Formulate flow diagrams illustrating interactive functionalities and supporting animated interface elements.
• Present concepts confidently with strong tactical justification.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to scope client projects effectively.
