UI/UX Designer

About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services seeks a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging digital experiences for websites, learning platforms, and business apps. This position involves collaboration with product, marketing, project, and development teams to enhance user satisfaction, usability, and support digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights on user behavior.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, user flows, and structure information architecture.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to demonstrate design concepts.
• Analyze feedback continuously to improve usability and accessibility.
• Identify usability issues and innovate design solutions aligned with user-centered principles and accessibility standards.
• Design visually appealing, responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms, including high-fidelity mockups and UI components.
• Maintain brand consistency across typography, colors, layouts, and interactions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Optimize UI for performance and accessibility across devices.
• Participate actively in brainstorming, design reviews, and product planning.
• Translate business needs into intuitive design experiences and support data-driven product improvement.
• Stay abreast of UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Interaction Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Open to fresh graduates with a strong design portfolio.
• Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX, product, web, or digital design.
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
• Strong understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, interaction and responsive design principles.
• Experienced in developing wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and interactive interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
