Role Overview
Join FleetoDesk Solutions as a UI/UX Designer based in Auckland, New Zealand. This full-time onsite position requires a comprehensive understanding of product technologies and user-centric design methodologies to craft exceptional digital experiences.
Primary Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of assigned product technologies and their features to inform design decisions.
- Conduct research to generate insights regarding human factors and business impact relevant to product development.
- Develop a wide range of design deliverables, including competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes (both low and high fidelity), mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively address user needs.
- Clearly communicate UX outcomes to the design department, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts.
Candidate Requirements
- An impressive portfolio showcasing well-structured and refined end-to-end customer journeys.
- Minimum of five years' industry experience in interactive and/or visual design.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Awareness of current trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration technologies.
- Expertise in creating polished design prototypes, mockups, and related artifacts.
- Capability to accurately estimate project efforts, independently prioritize tasks, and manage goals.
- Proven experience in delivering impactful design contributions to live commercial products.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
