About the Program

The Scout24 APAC UGC Residency is a specially curated three-week remote initiative designed to support aspiring content creators aiming to enter the user-generated content (UGC) space and secure their initial paid brand partnerships. Participants will collaborate with industry mentors, receive tailored coaching, develop a professional portfolio of UGC, and execute authentic campaigns involving Australian brands. The program ensures creators are well-equipped to independently attract paid UGC opportunities upon completion.

Candidate Profile

• No previous UGC Reel experience is necessary.
• Applicants must reside within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
• A passion for creating content or the willingness to learn is required.
• Commitment to participate fully in the entire three-week residency.
• Open to feedback and eager to grow with coaching.
• Interest in building a sustainable income via content creation.

• Understanding how brands assess potential creators.
• Producing and editing high-quality portfolio-ready UGC material.
• Engagement in live workshops hosted by seasoned creators.
• Weekly personalized one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Creation of a professional media kit.
• Opportunities to apply for genuine brand campaigns through Scout24.
• Learning effective pitching techniques to secure paid collaborations.
• Documenting progress through weekly residency vlogs.

Selection Process

Applications are open now and will close once all 30 slots are filled. The residency commences on August 24, 2026 and lasts for three weeks. This is a remote position accommodating creators throughout the APAC region.
