About the Role

Weekend Thrill is seeking passionate and customer-oriented Travel Consultants in Bengaluru who will assist clients in planning memorable trips by designing tailored itineraries and managing their bookings efficiently. This position welcomes both novices and seasoned professionals who have a love for travel and enjoy helping people create their dream vacations.

Key Duties

• Understand the travel needs of customers and recommend appropriate holiday packages.
• Develop personalized itineraries for both domestic and international travel destinations.
• Manage flight and hotel bookings, provide guidance on visa procedures, and assist with travel insurance.
• Follow up persistently with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Offer comprehensive travel support to customers from start to finish.
• Collaborate with vendors, hotels, and travel service providers to ensure seamless arrangements.
• Keep detailed records of inquiries, quotes, confirmed bookings, and payment transactions.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 18000 and 25000 INR.
