Training & Placement Officer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training & Placement Officer to join the AISECT Group of Universities located in Bhopal. This position focuses on connecting academic programs with industry demands, facilitating career growth for students, and expanding employer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Forge and sustain strong partnerships with corporate entities and industry leaders.
• Lead all campus placement activities, including organizing internships and final job placements.
• Identify and engage with new recruiters to broaden the employer network.
• Collaborate closely with academic departments to ensure training aligns with industry expectations.
• Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and career development workshops.
• Deliver training sessions on soft skills, aptitude, and interview techniques for students.
• Maintain placement records and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of demonstrable experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations.
• Established connections with corporate and industry professionals.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience managing campus placements at universities or similar educational organizations is advantageous.
