Position Overview

This is a national remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from any location within the U.S. However, for hires in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or the Washington, D.C. area, a minimum on-site presence of four days per week in the office is required. The Trainer will support the United Health One Sales Enablement team by designing and developing innovative training programs that enhance sales effectiveness and align with organizational goals. The role involves consulting with subject matter experts and peers to create impactful learning experiences with a focus on compliance and performance improvement.

Work Schedule and Training

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to cover shifts during 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time. Occasional overtime might be needed. Candidates will undergo several weeks of on-the-job training; training hours will be communicated at the start of employment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze learning needs through collaboration with managers, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
