Trainee Architect / Design Engineer

About the Role

Indovance Inc is seeking 5 Trainee Architects / Design Engineers to join their Building Services department in Pune City, Maharashtra. This position is ideal for fresh graduates with 0-6 months of experience holding a B.Arch or B.E. in Civil Engineering. Candidates will initially work onsite in Narhe, Pune for three months before transitioning to a work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within the team and with other departments to ensure smooth project progress.
• Adhere to established project timelines and deliver outputs on schedule.
• Provide daily MIS reports to track project status and activities.
• Comply with customer specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
• Update and monitor project reports, timesheets, and associated documentation.
• Maintain strong focus on detail-oriented design and execution.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Understanding and interpretation of various drawing types including IFC, GFC, shop, and fabrication drawings.
• Familiarity with applicable engineering and architectural codes.
• Proficiency with current versions of AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Domain experience in design, drafting, detailing, and modeling related to residential and commercial architectural projects, both domestic and international.
