Position Overview

Located in Preston, England, this is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Town Planner to join an expanding planning consultancy. The incumbent will independently manage a portfolio of clients, offering specialist planning guidance mainly focused on residential, commercial, and educational development projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold a relevant degree accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and either possess Chartered Planner status or be pursuing it. Prior planning experience, ideally within a consultancy setting, is essential.
