Tour Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Tour Executive to become a part of our organization. This individual will be tasked with creating, coordinating, and implementing travel itineraries to guarantee clients an enjoyable and seamless travel experience. The role demands extensive knowledge of destinations, innovative itinerary development, and exceptional coordination abilities.

Key Duties

• Develop and tailor travel plans for domestic and international trips based on client specifications.
• Manage all aspects of tour packages including reservations, pricing strategies, and required documentation.
• Engage with clients to ascertain their travel preferences and offer tailored solutions.
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other service providers to manage arrangements.
• Ensure prompt confirmations, monitor follow-ups, and oversee smooth tour execution.
• Address client inquiries and provide support throughout the pre-travel, travel, and post-travel phases.
• Keep comprehensive records of all bookings and client communications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 1 and 4 years of professional experience within the tours and travel sector.
• Strong familiarity with both domestic and international travel destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proven multitasking skills to handle multiple bookings at once.
• Competency in MS Office and basic travel-related software or tools.
• Aclient-centric mindset with keen attention to detail.
