Role overview
Aditya Birla Capital’s Sales Leadership Program is built to prepare future sales leaders through a fast-track development journey. It is aimed at post-graduate talent from colleges across India and opens up opportunities across the sales functions of the company’s business lines. Selected candidates join as Sales Trainees across multiple sales and distribution channels.

Candidate profile
The preferred background is MBA or PGDM with a specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI. The role is open to candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience. Applicants should be prepared for a demanding, target-driven environment and should be comfortable working from any location and travelling regularly within the assigned zone or region.
What the role involves
- Increase sales of financial products and meet the targets defined in the goal sheet.
- Use effective marketing approaches to promote and sell financial offerings.
- Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales assistance to customers and clients.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners while aligning to their expectations.
- Support manpower planning, team management, and ongoing capability development.
Compensation
The annual compensation package is INR 9,00,000. For the first year, the fixed pay is INR 7,00,000 per annum, with an assured bonus of INR 1,00,000 payable after completion of one year based on performance. A joining bonus of INR 1,00,000 is included in the first month’s salary; this amount is recoverable if the employee leaves within the first year or is not confirmed due to performance issues. From the second year onward, compensation shifts to the sales incentives plan applicable to the respective line of business.
