Role Overview

We seek a creative, experienced key art specialist with expertise in the YouTube ecosystem to join our team as a thumbnail designer. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, composite, and create visually compelling thumbnails tailored for various Beast channels. Proficiency in Photoshop and photo manipulation is crucial. The role demands collaboration, continuous learning, and a passion for elevating visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop fresh and original thumbnail concepts.
• Create eye-catching, realistic thumbnails utilizing Photoshop and advanced photo manipulation techniques.
• Keep abreast of current trends and industry best practices in thumbnail design.
• Work closely with the thumbnail production team to ensure all assets required for creation are obtained.
• Collaborate actively with team members by contributing ideas, sharing resources, and offering constructive feedback.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience using Photoshop.
• Advanced skills in photo manipulation.
• Strong grasp of visual design principles and elements.
• Knowledgeable of graphic and visual trends specifically in thumbnail creation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong adherence to deadlines and schedules.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and Discord platforms.
• Adaptable to shifting timelines and deliverables.
• Able to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
• Genuine passion for YouTube content and culture.
• Bonus: Experience with 3D design and ability to create hand-drawn or 3D concepts.
