Job description

Role Overview

Arrow Exterminators is currently accepting applications for a full-time Termite Technician committed to delivering superior pest control services to residential and commercial clients. Our approach emphasizes Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques to effectively manage and prevent termite infestations.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Execute prescribed termite control treatments based on inspection data and specifications.
  • Prepare treatment sites by clearing debris as necessary.
  • Perform applications including Sentricon termite bait station installation using augers and digging tools, trenching and applying liquid treatments around building perimeters or crawl spaces, drilling and treating voids or blocks with liquid products, and spray applications in affected areas.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor to reassure and educate customers about treatment plans.
  • Collect service payments and respond patiently to client inquiries.
  • Ensure all equipment and company vehicles remain in proper working order.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent credential.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Capability to pass and uphold licensing or certification requirements mandated by state regulatory agencies.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
  • No previous experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
