Role Overview
Inventa Systems is looking for a Tender Executive who understands government tendering and e-procurement workflows. The position is based in Ahmedabad and requires someone who can manage tender opportunities, documentation, and submissions within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tender activity across GeM, e-Procurement, and N-Procurement platforms.
- Identify, review, and track relevant government tender opportunities.
- Prepare tender responses and submit all documents before the deadlines.
- Work with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs required for bids.
- Keep tender files, records, and follow-up details updated and organized.
- Follow tender rules, formats, and compliance requirements carefully.
Experience and Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in government tendering is required.
- Hands-on familiarity with GeM Portal, e-Procurement, and N-Procurement systems is needed.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities are important for this role.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and document preparation is expected.
- Ability to manage several tenders and deadlines at the same time is necessary.
