Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and direct retail inquiries effectively to support sales processes.

- Create accurate quotations and process sales orders to meet client needs.
- Operate and maintain data within the Zoho CRM system to track leads and sales activity.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience ranging from no prior experience up to one year; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills to engage customers professionally.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage for managing sales operations and CRM.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position is between 15,000 and 20,000 INR.
