Overview
The Network Delivery team is tasked with designing, building, and expanding the telecommunications infrastructure critical to Amazon's Fulfillment network. We are looking for a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee the design, procurement, and deployment of telecom services that support Fulfillment Center Networks' growth and development. The role demands strong market insight to formulate strategies that are not only operationally sound and scalable but also cost-effective. Collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and partners is essential to transform project ideas into actionable plans that balance customer and team objectives.
Responsibilities

- Source and obtain circuit quotes aligned to validated customer requirements.
- Analyze and define infrastructure needs and dependencies for established technical products.
- Ensure circuit sizing, installation, and upgrades align with Amazon policies, including those for IT, engineering, and information security.
- Manage complex projects by identifying risks and communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
- Ask critical technical questions to ensure the right decisions and trade-offs during infrastructure build delivery.
- Balance project constraints—time, scope, cost—and proactively clear obstacles by developing problem-solving and risk mitigation strategies; escalate issues as necessary.
- Adapt infrastructure builds to suit various scenarios and changing conditions.
- Collaborate across teams, influence customer priorities, roadmap decisions, engineering processes, and external vendors.
- Resolve conflicts across projects spanning multiple geographical locations.
- Prepare and present consolidated status reports for IT leadership and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple team objectives and program metrics impacting regional operations.
- Participate actively in vendor business reviews across Europe on a quarterly basis.
- Drive improvements in project management efficiency and optimize cross-team processes.
