About the Role
Seth Realtors is hiring a Telecalling Executive to systematically build and update their property listings. This position focuses on reaching out to property owners through outbound calls to gather information about real estate available for sale or lease. The role emphasizes data accuracy and consistent communication rather than sales or lead conversion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct around 100 outbound calls each day targeting property owners using company-provided contacts.
- Gather detailed information about properties being offered for sale or lease.
- Precisely document property information in tools such as Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheets.
- Continuously update and maintain an organized property inventory database.
- Share verified property data regularly with the CRM and Sales departments to assist further operations.
- Handle all communications professionally and courteously to uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills for clear and professional telephonic interaction.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of property information.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable and disciplined approach to making a high volume of daily calls.
Compensation and Work Details
- Monthly stipend ranging from 15000 to 21000 INR.
- This is a full-time, onsite position based in Delhi-NCR.
