Role overview
Yesha Enterprises is hiring an energetic Telecalling Executive for its personal loan business. The role is based at B-43, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and focuses on outbound customer calling, lead qualification, customer verification, and coordination with internal teams to support smooth loan processing.
What you will do
- Reach out to potential customers using the provided contact database.
- Present personal loan products, offers, and basic eligibility conditions clearly.
- Identify interested leads and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Follow up with warm leads and arrange callbacks when needed.
- Confirm customer details and keep call and lead information updated in the CRM or calling tool.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Respond to customer questions in a professional manner and offer suitable guidance.
- Maintain call quality and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to keep the loan journey running smoothly.
Skills and profile sought
- Strong spoken communication, especially in Hindi; English communication will be an added advantage.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build customer interest.
- Comfort with basic computer use and MS Office/CRM tools.
- Capable of performing in a target-oriented work setup.
- Confident, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Eligibility
Candidates with at least a 12th pass qualification can apply; graduates are preferred. The employer is open to freshers as well as applicants with 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or personal loan sales. Both male and female candidates are welcome.
