Telecaller

Role Overview

We seek motivated and confident Telecallers to engage with educational institutions and businesses related to uniforms, promoting our uniform manufacturing services. The role involves lead generation, product explanation, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, institutes, corporate entities, and uniform dealers.
• Present the company, its manufacturing capabilities, and product offerings.
• Assess customer needs related to various uniform types including school, corporate, and industrial uniforms.
• Generate and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
• Arrange meetings or follow-ups for sales representatives.
• Keep precise records of calls and customer information.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage sales conversions.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Effective and persuasive verbal abilities.
• Basic understanding of telecalling or sales processes (training provided).
• Resilience to rejection while maintaining motivation.
• Fundamental computer skills including Excel and CRM or call tracking softwares.
• Professional demeanor with a friendly personality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B telecalling or familiarity with the textile, garment, or uniform sector is an advantage.
• Prior interaction with institutions or corporate clients is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
