Job Overview
As a Telecaller at A T S Services based in Mumbai, you will connect with both existing and potential customers to inform them about the company's AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) offerings. This role requires effective communication to generate leads, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate records to support business growth.
Primary Duties
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to share information about AMC services.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and categorize them into hot, warm, or cold leads.
- Schedule appointments or confirm bookings for AMC services with interested customers.
- Maintain detailed records of call outcomes, customer responses, and follow-up schedules in internal systems or spreadsheets.
- Respond to customer queries and clarify any doubts related to the services offered.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to customers who previously showed interest, aiming to convert interest into confirmed bookings.
Compensation Details
The monthly remuneration ranges between 10,000 and 20,000 INR.
