Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Engage with customers regarding visa counseling and related inquiries.
• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi; knowledge of Tamil or Nepali is advantageous.

• Maintain a positive demeanor while assisting clients.
• Work on-site during designated office hours.
• Prior experience in counseling or telecalling is preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
