Role Overview
The Technology Graduate Programme at Capula spans two years with rotational placements, offering early responsibility from the outset and exposure to multiple Technology Development teams. As a Graduate Analyst, you will contribute to the design, construction, and maintenance of systems underpinning the firm’s global trading, risk management, and operational platforms. You will undertake projects directly influencing business outcomes by developing tools that enhance the operational efficiency and scalability of investment teams.
Throughout the rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technical environments. Capula’s Technology team plays a fundamental role in business operations, with graduates engaging in impactful tasks connected to trade facilitation. The programme emphasizes mentorship and professional growth, enabling participants to mature into versatile developers. Following program completion, there is potential to join the team permanently.
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Computer Science at Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD level.
- Strong programming abilities, preferably with hands-on experience in Python, C#, and/or JavaScript.
- A solid grasp of software engineering principles along with data analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills suited to a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- A strong intellectual curiosity paired with eagerness to acquire new technological skills and methodologies.
- A team-focused attitude, proactive mindset, and dependable work ethic.
