Job Overview
Join a leading B2B multinational company in the Telecom sector as a Technical Support Executive based in Noida, India. This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to customers, addressing their technical issues effectively.
- Work collaboratively as a team member and communicate efficiently with various stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems on multiple platforms including Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environments.
- Operate independently within a diverse international team to resolve bugs and issues promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills essential.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Ability to work rotational shifts on a 24/7 schedule, including day and night shifts with two days off per week.
- Immediate joining availability is mandatory.
Additional Information
- Work Location: Onsite in Noida with mandatory office attendance.
- Shift Duration: 10 hours per shift with rotational shifts.
- Compensation: Competitive salary range from INR 4,50,000 to 6,00,000 per annum including incentives and shift allowances.
