Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience in a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or related recruitment support role.
• Proficiency with diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong command of English both spoken and written; intermediate German language skills are advantageous.
• A proactive, result-driven attitude with a capacity to independently manage priorities within a remote work setup.
