Job description
About the Role
Join a fast-moving, early-stage marketing AI company that is automating the marketing services industry — starting with SEO and AI search optimization. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the trusted technical partner to a portfolio of fast-growing B2B SaaS startups, helping them unlock measurable growth outcomes from a cutting-edge marketing automation platform.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering — ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, startup environment and loves turning complex technical problems into clear client wins.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, driving platform adoption and delivering measurable growth results.
Translate client needs into precise technical requirements and coordinate with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Onboard and coach customers on platform best practices to help them maximize marketing ROI.
Monitor key success metrics across your client portfolio and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve issues and ensure clients realize full platform value.
What We're Looking For
Required:
Experience at a fast-growth startup with a demonstrable track record of delivering measurable wins for customers.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, data workflows, and integrations.
Proven ability to onboard and coach customers toward successful platform adoption and ROI optimization.
Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
Experience monitoring success metrics and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and persuasive.
High technical aptitude paired with strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence.
Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; a self-starter who rolls up their sleeves.
US work authorization required — visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to Have:
Industry experience in marketing services, SEO, or AI search optimization (AEO).
Strong CS fundamentals or equivalent problem-solving background.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 – $122,000 per year, depending on experience.
Early-stage equity opportunity at a well-funded, high-growth startup.
Location
On-site in New York City (SoHo), NY — this role requires full-time, in-office presence. No remote option is available.
