Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member stationed in Narangba, Queensland, you will play an essential role supporting store operations by managing merchandise displays, overseeing stock levels, and ensuring precision in Point of Sale (POS) transactions and cash handling. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining store standards and delivering excellent service.

Key Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service focused on exceeding customer needs.
• Assist the Store Manager in carrying out daily retail functions.
• Work cooperatively within a team environment.
• Maintain rigorous attention to safety protocols and transactional accuracy.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working weekend and overnight shifts as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Capability to operate POS systems and manage cash reconciliations accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.
• Availability to work across a weekly roster including nights and weekends.
