Job Summary
This role entails ensuring strict compliance with safety guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality benchmarks while managing batch manufacturing processes. The candidate will collaborate with multiple departments to maintain smooth operational workflows, execute production tasks, and meet designated output targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Execute peptide manufacturing tasks with a focus on quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Meet production targets ensuring timely and efficient output.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience specific to peptide manufacturing.
- Expertise in packing RPHPLC DAC columns and preparing slurries accurately.
- Skilled in preparing mobile and stationary phases according to defined procedures.
- Operation knowledge of Column DAC and SCADA systems.
- Understanding of adsorption and desorption techniques used in preparative columns.
- Experience with preparative column regeneration techniques.
- Aptitude in identifying issues related to peak resolution during manufacturing.
- Competence in executing gradient method loading effectively.
- Familiarity with Distributed Control System (DCS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) operations.
Qualifications and Experience
The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry with around 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in related peptide manufacturing roles.
