Team Member - Admin Designer

Role Overview and Key Accountabilities

This position focuses on comprehensive project management aspects related to branch infrastructure and design, ensuring timely execution and adherence to standards.

Infrastructure Planning and Branch Design

• Ensure branch layouts and design approvals are completed promptly.
• Maintain quality and compliance with established branch design standards.
• Achieve high percentage completion of projects aligned with approved layouts and specifications.

Project Management and Execution

• Deliver projects within agreed timelines consistently.
• Follow project milestone schedules precisely.
• Minimize project delays and implement corrective actions swiftly.
• Prepare branches to be operational according to the business rollout plan.

BOQ Preparation and Cost Control

• Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities and cost estimates.
• Maintain low variance between budgeted and actual project costs.
• Achieve cost savings through project cost optimization.

Vendor Management

• Ensure prompt turnaround times from vendors for project delivery.
• Maintain strong vendor performance ratings.
• Secure cost savings via vendor negotiations.
• Ensure adherence to vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Project Scheduling and Monitoring

• Produce accurate project plans using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Meet project milestones on schedule.
• Provide regular and detailed project status reports.

Quality Assurance and Site Oversight

• Reduce quality deviations identified during audits to maintain high standards.
• Achieve first-time-right project handovers.
• Ensure timely closure of defects within agreed timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination and Governance

• Maintain high satisfaction scores from business stakeholders.
• Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder requirements and dependencies.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Regulatory, Safety, and Compliance Management

• Maintain zero major compliance or safety violations.
• Close audit observations within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Branch Expansion and Infrastructure Readiness

• Complete the planned number of branch deliveries annually as per expansion strategy.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness prior to branch go-live dates.
• Achieve a high percentage of projects handed over without causing business disruption.

MIS and Reporting

• Deliver project MIS reports that are timely and accurate.
• Maintain availability of project dashboards and up-to-date status information.
• Ensure data accuracy in project tracking and reporting systems.
