About the Role
Hyatt Regency Thrissur is seeking a Team Leader for its Housekeeping department to support smooth departmental operations aligned with Hyatt's International Corporate Strategies and brand standards. The role aims to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction as per organizational expectations.
Responsibilities
You will assist in managing all housekeeping activities related to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and floors in the hotel.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management with at least two years of hotel operations experience. Strong problem-solving capabilities, administrative competence, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
