Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) is dedicated to supporting individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities as well as autism. We provide Residential and Day Services across 15 different locations where residents and day attendees are supported to lead fulfilling and ordinary lives.

Position Overview

Currently, we are seeking a Team Leader for our Carrick on Suir community. This is a permanent, full-time role offering 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Possess at least a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, such as a BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
• Demonstrate a minimum of two years of managerial experience at a comparable level of responsibility.
• Have three years of experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Understand the current policies and developments at national and sectoral levels relevant to Social Care in disability services.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Show proficiency in relevant IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Hold a valid full driver's license, which is essential.
