- Support business process optimizations and operational analyses.

- Collect and analyze data for operational and supervisory purposes.
- Contribute to presentations and management report preparation.
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to support analytical and operational assignments.
