Position Summary
The Talent Strategy Associate, acting as a Recruiter, upholds HR Anew’s mission by applying The AHIRED Method® (Align, Hire, Integrate, Retain, Engage, Develop) to execute comprehensive recruitment cycles and implement effective talent solutions. This role requires collaboration with both internal and external partners to source, evaluate, and place candidates who meet organizational standards in performance, culture fit, and leadership alignment.
Operating in a multi-client recruitment context, the role demands adept management of competing priorities, quick adaptability, proactive communication, and consistent quality across various projects. The position blends responsibilities as a talent sourcer, client advisor on recruitment practices, workflow enhancer, and a professional representative of the HR Anew brand, exemplifying responsiveness and high standards.
The ideal candidate is an engaged professional demonstrating initiative, urgency, sound judgment, business savvy, continuous learning, and influential skills to ensure successful hiring outcomes across multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely align job descriptions with client missions, cultures, and strategic priorities.
- Lead comprehensive role intake and discovery sessions to define expectations, success metrics, and organizational fit.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for open positions.
- Create clear, compelling job advertisements that reflect the organization’s values and mission to attract suitable candidates.
- Own and manage recruitment activities with accountability, responsiveness, and thoroughness.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to aid continuous improvements in processes and procedures.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and candidates, seeking opportunities to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Offer thoughtful recommendations and constructively challenge existing assumptions to optimize recruitment results.
- Deliver high-quality, attentive services to clients, candidates, and colleagues, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive.
- Communicate consistently and professionally throughout all recruiting stages.
- Ensure candidates enjoy respectful, engaging, and positive experiences aligned with company values.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across client projects.
- Personify HR Anew’s brand through professionalism, sound decision-making, executive presence, and relationship-based communication.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer management.
- Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Employ Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google for Jobs, and advanced sourcing techniques effectively.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and organized documentation.
- Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, cultural fit, and potential long-term success.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company standards.
- Produce regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and performance indicators.
- Rapidly adopt recruiting technologies, reporting tools, communication systems, and AI-enabled tools.
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training.
- Stay abreast of recruitment trends, sourcing tools, and best practices.
- Engage in coaching and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop business understanding to better address client workforce needs.
- Contribute knowledge and best practices to enhance recruitment methodologies.
- Exhibit strong adaptability, learning agility, and dedication to professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related disciplines preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
- At least two years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer success, operations, sales support, executive assistance, hospitality leadership, research, or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and placement is advantageous.
- Familiarity with engaging hiring managers and organizational stakeholders preferred.
- Exposure to multi-client or agency-style environments is beneficial.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and career stability valued highly.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Breezy HR helpful but not mandatory).
- Competence using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google for Jobs, Glassdoor, and similar platforms.
- Strong skillset in Microsoft Office and recruiting-related technologies.
- Capacity to quickly master new software tools, reporting solutions, and AI-related recruiting technologies.
Additional Information
This full-time remote position expects commitment primarily during Eastern and Central Standard Time business hours to ensure effective contribution and collaboration. Candidates concurrently engaged in other full-time roles or with overlapping professional commitments may not fit this role's requirements.
