Role Overview

The Talent Specialist will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and supporting daily talent management operations including managing Assessment and Development Centers, as well as other projects. This includes the prompt and precise handling of data, presentations, and information to guarantee successful project completion.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in psychology from a reputable local or international institution or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience relevant to talent management.
• Ability to establish strong customer relationships and provide solutions centered on client needs.
• Skilled at securing and utilizing resources effectively and efficiently.
• Experience working collaboratively and building partnerships to achieve common goals.
