Position Overview
The Talent Management Partner will address organizational challenges by developing people-centric solutions and create strategies that align with business objectives. This role entails close collaboration with business units to implement various people-focused initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong partnerships with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on organizational and HR-related matters.
- Manage processes such as goal setting, appraisal completion, preparation of pre-termination committee documentation, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Consult with organizational leaders to develop comprehensive people plans that foster sustainable business transformations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across functions to design impactful programs in talent acquisition, career development, performance management, coaching, data analytics, employee engagement, learning and development, recognition, and rewards.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data insights to identify trends and enhance organizational health, enabling informed decisions on succession planning and career advancement.
- Develop strong connections within the workforce to ensure a robust talent pipeline and effective succession strategies for critical positions.
- Participate in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of an MBA degree.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
Skills and Attributes
- Proven expertise in talent management and fostering employee retention.
- Ability to operate effectively within constraints and manage ambiguity.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments to drive change.
