About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the entire recruitment process at TaxRise—from sourcing candidates and conducting pre-screen interviews through offer coordination and onboarding preparation. This role works closely with hiring managers and the People Operations team to ensure candidates experience a professional and welcoming journey from their initial interaction to their first day. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and prepared to thrive in a fast-moving setting. This position requires full-time on-site presence at our Irvine, CA office.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from $71,000 to $73,000
• Additional average monthly bonuses between $400 and $800

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the candidate experience through scheduling and conducting pre-screen and on-site interviews, ensuring candidates feel welcomed and informed throughout the process
• Handle interview logistics across various departments efficiently
• Source candidates by utilizing job boards, direct outreach, and LinkedIn
• Review resumes and match candidate qualifications to job requirements
• Maintain up-to-date records and candidate statuses in the Greenhouse applicant tracking system
• Coordinate offer details and ensure smooth transitions through the hiring pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and keep recruitment pipelines active
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and candidate progress
• Promote recruitment best practices to maintain a consistent and positive hiring experience across teams
• Support employer branding through creating job descriptions, updating recruiting templates, and contributing to social media presence

Required Qualifications

• Between 1 and 2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or rapidly changing environment
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, with experience using Greenhouse highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong candidate-first approach
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple open roles concurrently
• Experienced with sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and social media recruiting tools
• Self-driven, detail-focused, and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Professional telephone demeanor and reliable in follow-up actions
