Role Overview

Bankjoy is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end hiring for technical, operational, and growth-focused positions. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and guide recruiting activities from initial scoping through offer acceptance and pre-boarding. The team is looking for someone who has recruited in fast-moving, high-growth technology environments and can consistently find strong talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the full recruitment process, including role intake, active sourcing, pipeline coordination, candidate communication, offer discussions, and pre-boarding steps such as administration and background checks for roles in Canada and the United States.
  • Work with leaders in engineering, product, marketing, and sales to understand hiring priorities and create effective sourcing plans.
  • Find prospective candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, and other relevant sourcing channels.
  • Deliver a positive candidate journey by keeping applicants informed and sharing timely feedback throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline that supports both immediate hiring needs and future growth.
  • Partner with leadership to support ambitious hiring goals in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Track recruiting activity, maintain hiring metrics, and provide updates to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially for technical and growth-related roles.
  • Strong history of hiring successfully within hyper-growth technology companies.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, remote-first workplaces.
  • Good understanding of sourcing and hiring for engineering, product, marketing, and sales functions.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to handle multiple open roles at once and perform well under tight deadlines, with an average of 5 to 15 active openings.
  • Experience using Ashby is strongly preferred.

Compensation

The salary for this role is between CA$90,000 and CA$115,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus and meaningful equity.
